Robyn AgnewI'm a nature and wildlife photographer based in Greenwood, South Carolina. While I enjoy exploring many types of outdoor spaces, my favorite places to shoot are around beaches and marshlands, especially on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Whether alone on the shore at sunrise or observing Red Knots and Royal Terns at feeding time, nature photography for me is a thoroughly contemplative and soulful experience. My area of specialty is ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) Impressionism, an artistic technique that allows me to transform my camera into a makeshift paintbrush and creatively interpret natural scenes through shapes, tones, shadows, and highlights. The resulting depictions offer unique, abstract perspectives of otherwise traditional images and are intended to both transport and inspire the viewer.
